Zojirushi NYC-36 Commercial Rice Cooker

Zojirushi's stainless steel commercial rice cooker is large enough for catering and commercial use. It has a handsome, rugged stainless steel exterior and its pan features a commercial grade nonstick coating.

The NYC-36 cooks rice, then keeps it warm & fluffy for hours. Average power consumption during keep-warm is only 52 watts, for economical operation.

Capacity: 40-80 cups (20 cups pre-cooked).

Commercial Certifications: ETL Sanitation, UL, NSF

The capacity of each Zojirushi rice cooker is stated by how many 6-ounce cups of raw short grain white rice it will hold. Rice will double or triple in volume as it cooks.
