OvaEasy egg crystals

Nutriom's OvaEasy dried eggs are made with a revolutionary new technology that gently evaporates water from fresh, whole eggs, resulting in a dry, shelf stable egg that retains the fresh taste and functionality of shell eggs. OvaEasy eggs are all natural pasteurized eggs that contain no chemical additives or preservatives and are USDA approved and produced under continuous USDA inspection.

Genuine egg revolution

OvaEasy is the clearly-superior egg product, hugely superior to the powdered eggs you may have had in the past. They’re so good, in fact, that many of our customers find them as good as fresh! They're that good! OvaEasy eggs work in any recipe that calls for eggs, or just fry them up as scrambled eggs... they're absolutely, positively delicious. And preparation couldn't be easier: Just combine two parts OvaEasy with three parts cold water by volume, whisk to mix, and use just as you would fresh eggs. We even include a handy measuring scoop inside the pouch.

OvaEasy egg crystals are available in two forms of packaging

Either as a single 2.25 lb. (36 oz) pouch sealed into one large can, or as six 4.5 oz pouches sealed into each of two large cans. These two choices are described in detail in the next two paragraphs.

Bulk single can (total 96 eggs)

96 eggs are sealed into a single 2.25 pound (net wt.) airtight foil bag. The bag is then sealed into a #10 steel can with oxygen absorbers for long shelf life (over 7 years). A replaceable plastic lid is provided for the #10 can.

Two-can case of twelve-egg pouches (total of 144 eggs)

Twelve eggs are sealed into each 4.5 ounce (net wt.) airtight foil pouch. Six bags are then sealed into a #10 steel can with oxygen absorbers for long shelf life (over 7 years). Each case contains two #10 cans, so the full case contains 144 eggs. Packing this way provides extended shelf life, and when you open a can you need only open one pouch at a time, so the rest of the eggs in the can remain sealed in their airtight pouches. A replaceable plastic lid is provided for each #10 can. We offer a single pouch option for sample purchases, so you can try the eggs before ordering a full case.

OvaEasy eggs need no refrigeration! Their shelf life when sealed is a minimum of 7 years. After opening they should be transferred to an airtight container (but still do not require refrigeration), and their shelf life after opening is a minimum of one year.
