The Mono, Primus, and INO models are built with elegant, lustrous stainless steel housing so you know they’ll look attractive on your counter or free-standing for years to come. Preheat time in all models is just 1.25 hours and the temperature can be set anywhere from 122 to 608 degrees F. For ovens with more than one chamber, each unit can be controlled separately which allows you more flexibility in your baking schedule.

Rofco Brick Bread Ovens
Belgium has a long history of producing quality products, and quality is exactly what Rofco provides in their line of brick ovens. Their electric brick ovens feature stainless steel interior linings, high quality insulation and thick baking stones for rapid heat transfer. Dual controls for adjusting the heat at the top and bottom of the chamber allow you to set the temperature evenly throughout the oven.
Rofco electric brick bread ovens include steam vents as well as a viewing window and interior light, which allow you to see the baking progress without opening the door. Built vertically, Rofco’s design saves valuable kitchen space. Maximum temperature is 520 degrees F.
The Rofco B5 oven is a single-shelf unit. With a 11.8 x 18.9 inch baking shelf and with over 6 inches in baking height, it can handle nearly four and half pounds of dough.
