Zojirushi BB-CEC20BA Home Bakery Supreme Breadmaker
The Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme makes a light 100% whole wheat loaf or a delightful white bread from start to finish, in a traditionally shaped, 2 pound, horizontal loaf! And that's just the start of it. The Zojirushi does an outstanding job of developing gluten and you can use the dough cycle by itself if you want, then finish baking in your regular oven... make dough for crisp pizza crust, light dinner rolls, mouth-watering cinnamon rolls, hamburger or hoagie buns, artisan breads, sourdough, cakes—the possibilities are endless. Don't want quite 2 lbs? The Zo gives you the freedom to make smaller 1.5 lb. loaves if you'd rather. Even makes fruit jam and meat loaf. And there's a free quick-start video to get you off on the right foot!
The Zojirushi bread machine has beefed-up pulleys and belt—the heaviest-duty drive system ever on a Zojirushi breadmaker, for a long, trouble-free life. Unlike most bread machines, the Zo has plenty of power and durability for whole grain dough. Of course, it's equally at home with white flour, or any blend you can imagine. Twin paddles provide superior kneading action so you get well-raised breads with great texture (in fact, this newest generation of Zojirushi bread machine uses the very same pan as the multi-award-winning V20 model that it supersedes... Zojirushi was smart enough not to mess with what was already perfect.) It also kept the highly domed interior of its predecessor to keep your bread from sticking to the lid if your recipe rises a little high, and has crust-control adjustability. Pan inside dimensions are 5"W x 8.75L x 4.75"D. Pan lining is BPA-free.
Even though it's stronger than ever, this is also Zojirushi's quietest breadmaker ever.
Zojirushi has added a 10 minute "power interruption memory" into their bread machines, so your bread won't be ruined if your power blinks off.
Easy to use: Just pour ingredients into the Zojirushi Supreme bread maker (unmixed!) and select settings (comes with an easy to follow manual.) The Zojirushi takes it from there and alerts you when your bread is ready. A beep will remind you when to add mid-cycle ingredients, if your recipe calls for some. The control panel is set at the perfect angle for easy viewing, and the Zo's new, bigger-than-ever window lets you see what's happening inside.
The Zojirushi Supreme bread machine lets you open the lid during operation without resetting the cycle (it keeps running with lid open.) A full set of preprogrammed cycles is included for a variety of breads, or you can easily create your own custom cycles. The Zojirushi Supreme bread maker now remembers three of your favorite custom recipes for one-touch programming. It can also easily be programmed for delayed start (up to 13 hours ahead) so you wake up in the morning to the wonderful aroma of fresh bread for breakfast. Timer works for all bread cycles except Quick and Sourdough cycles.
Zo-gee-ru-sheesh!... How do you SAY this anyway? Do what we do and call it the "Zo"! (Officially, it's zo-jih-ROO-shee.)
You'll love it! The Zo lets you have fresh, delicious, healthful bread in the kitchen all the time!

This is the second Zojirushi Bread Machine I've purchased from Pleasant Hill Grain. I bought the first one for me more than eight years ago. It's still running flawlessly. I've replaced the bread pan once and several of the paddles. I simply wore out the bread pan. The paddle devices accidentally were in the disposal in the sink when someone turned it on. I bought my second one at Christmas for my daughter. She loves hers too. We love the timer features and the ability to custom program the baking cycles. I love the customer service from Pleasant Hill. They stock replacement parts for the bread makers they sell, which is a huge plus for me. I use my machines a lot and some parts wear out or get damaged. Every shipment I have purchased from them has arrived on time and correctly filled. Their telephone support for the few questions I have had has been clear, correct, and friendly. They're a great company to do business with. They sell a nice range of excellent products, too.
Long time hobbyist bakers, we grind our own flours, have a commercial bread slicer, and during the last forty years have accumulated a number of favorite bread and roll recipes. I've worn out several bread machines just using them to prepare my dough. The Zo is by far the best I've used, it easily mixes a two pound batch of dough so can I bake two loaves at a time.
The Zojirushi arrived earlier than I expected. It was ready to use right out of the box. I baked whole wheat bread. It was perfect. As far as I am concerned, it's the very best bread maker on the market. It is very dependable. I recommend it to everyone that wants a bread maker.
Very quiet! I've been making bread with a Zo bread machine for nineteen years and this is the quietest model yet. They must have improved the paddle mechanics from the previous models.
I've enjoyed my Zojirushi bread machine for years. I've tried many recipes and they taste terrific. I make pizza dough and rolls and love that the loaves I make look like loaves—horizontal, not vertical. This is the Cadillac of bread machines.
This is my second Zojirushi, the first lasted 11 years and it still works. I felt like it was time to update to a new machine and couldn't be more pleased. My grand children beg me for a loaf of on their birthdays, I'm tickled.
This is my second machine. The other one still works but it is getting a little sad from constant use. I've tried other bread machines, but I haven't found one that compares with this! Easy to use, easy to clean, lots of features and uses, holds up to hard, every day use, and looks lovely on the counter. Dependable company to buy from too! I love my Zojirushi bread machines!
I frequently visit my daughter in Utah for weeks at a time. I was missing my Zo so I decided to order one to use in Utah. The service and speed with which I received my breadmaker never fails to impress me.
This Zojirushi Supreme breadmaker is the best ever! Pleasant Hill Farms is one of my favorite companies to deal with. If you have a problem they will work it out.
I have been using an older model that quit kneading properly. Since I had enjoyed it I decided to purchase another. I especially like the added tips with the new machine. The bread mixed perfectly, the texture was excellent. I generally use it for only the dough since I like to make several small loaves or rolls instead of one large loaf. I couldn't be more pleased and the price was much better than buying locally. I'm a believer.
This is my third bread machine. I make bread every week and have for years. I feel like I have finally found the ultimate best. I love the fact that I can replace worn parts---something I am sure to do.
