The Zojirushi mini bread machine BB-HAC10 makes a light, 1 lb. loaf—for many, the perfectly ideal size! And that's just the start of it. The Zojirushi mini bread maker does an outstanding job of developing gluten and you can use the dough cycle by itself if you want, then finish baking in your regular oven... make dough for crisp pizza crust, light dinner rolls, mouth-watering cinnamon rolls, hamburger or hoagie buns, artisan breads, sourdough, cakes—the possibilities are endless. Even makes fruit jam! And we include a free quick-start video to make learning quick, easy & fun!

Heir to bread machine greatness: The Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Home Mini Bakery has beefed-up pulleys and belt and control circuitry derive from a long line of award-winning Zojirushi bread machines. Its design provides superior kneading action so you get well-raised breads with outstanding texture. And it shares the highly domed interior of the larger Zojirushi machines, which prevents your bread from sticking to the lid if your recipe rises a little high. Pan inside dimensions are 4.5" x 4.5" with depth of 5.7". Pan lining is BPA-free.

You can blink now: Zojirushi Home Bakery Mini has a 10 minute "power interruption memory" so your bread won't be ruined if your power blinks off.

Easy to use: Just pour ingredients into Zojirushi's mini bread machine (unmixed!) and select settings (comes with an easy to follow manual.) The Zojirushi mini takes it from there and alerts you when your bread is ready. A beep will remind you when to add mid-cycle ingredients, if your recipe calls for some. A window on top lets you follow the progress, and if you want, you can open the lid during operation without resetting the cycle (it keeps running with lid open.) Comes with a full set of preprogrammed cycles for a variety of breads. This great new Zojirushi bread machine can be programmed for delayed start (up to 13 hours ahead) so you wake up in the morning to the wonderful aroma of fresh bread for breakfast. Timer works for all bread cycles except Quick cycle

Flour choices: The Zojirushi mini bread machine works great with a wide array of recipes, including the many that are included in the owner's manual. You can use pre-mixes as well as recipes calling for bread flour, all-purpose flour, or whole grain/whole wheat flour. To substitute whole grain flour, use 120g of the whole grain flour for every cup of white flour called for in a recipe.

A Gem!

Top to bottom, inside and out, it’s a great little machine. It makes good bread with no effort and no cleanup. The loaf is small but the slices can be full size or super-manwich size depending on which way you slice it. Even the mixing paddle slips out without serious damage to the middle slice. The baking pan is surprisingly heavy which might have something to do with the great crust. It’s quiet too. Lots of recipes I’ve made bread, rolls and pizza dough with great success. I haven’t tried cookies or meatloaf or jam, but I might. Even the carrying handle and the cord clip are functional little additions.

This size machine is perfect for two people. It bakes an excellent loaf of bread. As always I watch the kneading process and adjust water or flour as needed same as with hand kneaded bread. I have owned many bread machines over the years and had nearly given up on them until I tried the Zojirushi machines. They are wonderful. I have had the larger Zojirushi Supreme for a number of years and just purchased a replacement pan and paddles as they were getting worn, but the machine still works perfectly. For two people I often found it was too big. I will continue to use both machines and love them both. I highly recommend Zojirushi Bread machines.

First loaf -- Perfect!

After ordering this bread machine in early April, I was more than excited when it finally arrived today. I immediately wanted to give it a spin and decided on a French loaf because I did not have dry milk that the basic white called for.

This was a long cycle -- 5 hours. When it finished, the crust wasn't as brown as I thought it would be, but I tapped on it and the crust was shell hard. I popped it out and let it cool off. Then I couldn't resist cutting into it. So... drumroll... the taste was amazing. And the crust was every bit as crunch as store-bought French bread. it actually tasted like French bread. I've made French bread in the oven and this loaf knocks the socks off that. I was really impressed.

We wanted a high quality bread maker that would make small loafs for the two of us. But, I anticipate we'll make the whole gamut of breads and doughs. We have owned a Zojirushi rice cooker for years and it's one rock solid product. I anticipate the bread maker will be just as solid.

I'm sure I'll have some knits over time, but right out of the box, this is a winner, winner. And I should add that working with the Pleasant Hill people on the extended wait was fantastic. They were available and accommodating during a difficult time for everyone. I would buy from them again without question.
