The Aroma Commercial Rice Cooker has a 30 cup capacity (60 cups cooked volume.) It's designed for constant commercial use with stainless steel top and 3 mm thick inner pot. It's easy to use with one-touch operation and its keep-warm function keeps rice warm and fresh automatically.

The heavy duty cooking pot has a durable commercial grade easy-release anodized surface. This is the world's largest electric rice cooker, from the premier manufacturer of commercial rice cookers.

Capacity: 30 cups (60 cups cooked.) Minimum cooking quantity is 10 cups (precooked).
