Zojirushi NHS-18 Rice Cooker

The Zojirushi NHS rice cooker features an easy-to-use single switch control and automatic keep-warm system. Cooking pan has commercial grade nonstick interior to prevent rice from sticking and ensures fast, easy cleaning. Glass lid. Stainless steaming tray included.

Capacity: 1 to 5.5 cups (pre-cooked volume) for model -10; 1 to 10 cups (pre-cooked volume) for model -18.

The capacity of each Zojirushi rice cooker is stated by how many 6-ounce cups of raw short grain white rice it will hold. Rice will double or triple in volume as it cooks.
