NutriMill Artiste Mixer

This Baker's Package includes popular bowl tools for the NutriMill Artiste Mixer. Included are the cake paddles, cookie paddles and bowl scraper.

This stainless steel dough hook made by NutriMill fits the Bosch Universal Plus plastic bowl and Bosch Universal Classic bowl, as well as the NutriMill Artiste plastic bowl. The dough hook features a built-in dough hook extender.

This dough hook is not recommended for the Bosch stainless ER2 bowl.

This locking, 6.5 qt. bowl for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer holds about 10 lbs. of dough and has a polypropylene center column, enabling the Universal's standard wire whisks and dough hook (as well as the accessory cookie paddles and bowl scraper) to be used. It's sold without dough hook, whip drive or whisks, because those pieces from the mixer's standard plastic bowl fit this bowl. See this bowl's product page for additional important details.

This 6.5 qt. stainless bowl (model MUZ6ER1) holds about 14 lbs. of dough and has a special dough hook that drives from the bottom of the bowl. It comes with its own excellent dough hook and provides a little extra dough capacity because there is no center column. This stainless bowl also includes splash ring and center cover. The Bosch Slicer/Shredder processes foods as you feed them down its chute. It includes three disks: slicing/grating (coarse or fine), slicing (thick or thin), and French Fry. The Slicer Shredder fits on the Universal's low speed drive where the large mixing bowl mounts, and has a 12 cup capacity. Because the blades are at the top of the bowl, perfectiy uniform product size is maintained no matter how long you run the machine.

The NEW LS1 Large Slicer Shredder accessory fits directly onto the mixing bowl of the Bosch Universal mixer, providing a huge 6.5 quart batch capacity. The LS1 Slicer/Shredder processes foods with top-mounted disks as you feed them down its chute and includes three disks: Shredding/Grating (reversible for coarse & fine), Slicing (reversible for thick & thin), and Fine Grating. Additional disks are also available.

Years ago, Bosch made an ice cream maker accessory for the Universal mixer. Now NutriMill has brought this once-popular accessory back! Designed expressly for the Bosch Universal mixer, it makes 1.5 quarts of your favorite cold treat in just 20 minutes!

This 70-mesh flour sifter has an 8 cup capacity and mounts on the mixer bowl of the Universal Plus. Starting with whole grain flour, the sifter separates the bran, leaving very fine flour that's ideal for making pastries, cakes, and cookies. This L'Chef adapter leg is used with several L'Chef-manufactured accessories. Some of those L'Chef accessories include this adapter leg standard, and some others do not.

The Bosch Universal adapter option drop-down selector above was designed specifically for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer. This new tool fits the standard mixing bowl of the Bosch Universal. It can be used with the cookie paddles, cake paddles, wire whips, or batter whisks. One arm scrapes the bowl shaft, the other scrapes the bowl side. An extra set of scraper blades is included. The Bowl Scraper works with the newer Universal Plus mixer as well as the older Bosch "Classic" mixer from earlier years.

In the Bosch Universal Plus mixer, Bosch recommends using the wire whips and batter whisks for pourable batters, not heavier mixes. The standard-equipment dough hook works great (and needs to be used) for very heavy loads of cookie dough. For moderate batches of cookie dough, these Cookie Paddles are ideal. These new cake paddles attach to the metal whip drive of the Bosch Universal Plus (or older style Bosch Classic) mixer, for making cake and quick bread batter as well as other pourable batters and frosting.

Why cake paddles? To make the perfect cake and cupcake batter! With triple whipping action, wire whips may add to much air, resulting in cakes that fall during baking. Cake paddles remove lumps that may be left if using cookie paddles.

While the DB3 whips are perfect for light materials, the clustered wire arrangement of these DB2 Batter Whisks makes them ideal for thicker (but still pourable) batters.
