Using quality ingredients, such as our Grandma Eloise's Dough Enhancer, NutriMill Vital Wheat Gluten, SAF Red Label Yeast, and Redmond's RealSalt, these cinnamon rolls will be the favorite go-to breakfast, side dish with soup, or fall dessert.

Easy enough to make with kids, just mix up the dough, roll out on the counter and liberally spread on butter, brown sugar and cinnamon filling (and don't forget the raisins!). The OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Brush does the dirty work of spreading butter on the dough and the Norpro Divider/Scraper cleans up the counters and cuts slices from the long roll, keeping hands nice and clean!

When the rolls are made and the oven is ready, it's time to pull out the Doughmakers Round Cake Pan. Made of medium gauge aluminum with the Pebble Pattern™ textured surface that promotes even browning and easy release, the rolls will turn out caramelized on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way they should be. The CDN Pocket Thermometer ensures the rolls are fully baked-through before being pulled out of the oven.
