Bosch Universal TS5 Slicer Shredder

We're sorry, but Bosch discontinued the TS5 Slicer Shredder Attachment for the Bosh Universal Mixer. We recommend you check out the LS1 Large Slicer Shredder instead.

The Bosch Slicer/Shredder attachment processes foods as you feed them down its chute. It includes three disks, as shown in the first table below. The accessory fits the Bosch Universal Plus mixer as well as the older Bosch Classic mixer. This TS5 Slicer Shredder also fits the NutriMill Artiste mixer.

The Slicer Shredder fits on the Universal's low speed drive (where the large mixing bowl mounts), and has a large 12 cup capacity. Because the blades are at the top of the bowl, perfectly uniform product size is maintained no matter how long you run the machine. Mixer sold separately.

Additional accessory disks are also available, including a Coarse Grater, Fine Grater and Julienne.

Mini Dough Hook for TS5

With this new L'Equip accessory you can knead dough right in the Bosch Universal's TS5 Slicer Shredder attachment. Maximium capacity is six pounds of dough, but you can do as litlle as one loaf's worth. This hook fits the MUZ6TS5 slicer shredder. It does not fit the MUZ6LS1 slicer shredder.

The Whisk Assembly accessory lets you whip in your Universal Slicer Shredder bowl. It's handy for smaller amounts and when you're using your large bowl for other jobs. Note: This accessory doesn't work with the mixer's standard bowl; it works only in the bowl of the TS5 Slicer Shredder accessory.

Bosch is the best

This is my second Bosch unit. I bought my first one in January of 1990. I use it all the time and love it. Now we have purchased a winter home in Arizona so of course I need one down here. And I couldn't buy the Bosch without buying the Slicer shredder attachment!! It gets a 10!!

I bought this mainly for making home made fries, but it's awesome for making cookies too with the optional mini dough hook. I've had multiple surgeries on my hands so this is so helpful when it comes to mixing cookie dough! I'd never spent this much money on a product (the mixer), but it's worth every penny, I would buy it again. I use this almost every day. The blade is nice and sharp. The mixer base stays suctioned to the counter when in use, even on high it stay in place. Buy this, you won't be sorry!
