LS1 Slicer Shredder for Universal

The new LS1 Large Slicer Shredder: This great new accessory fits directly onto the mixing bowl of the Bosch Universal mixer, providing a huge 6.5 quart batch capacity. It works with the current production Bosch Universal Plus mixer as well as older models, fitting any Bosch Universal bowl that has a center column, including the stainless steel ER2 bowl. The LS1 comes with two drive pieces, one for each Bosch Universal mixer model.

The LS1 Slicer/Shredder processes foods as you feed them down its chute. It includes three disks: Shredding/Grating (reversible for coarse & fine), Slicing (reversible for thick & thin), and Fine Grating. A splash ring comes with the LS1 that fits onto the mixer's main 6.5 quart mixing bowl. The Slicer/Shredder is a one-pass machine (no bottom blade), so it maintains uniform product size no matter how long you run it.
