Baking area is .6 cubic feet. Usable oven space is 11.5 x 11 x 5 inches (WxDxH). The water reservoir for steaming holds 47 fluid ounces, which allows for 120 minutes of steady steam.
Cooking functions include Toast, Convection Oven, Bake Steam, Broil, Broil Steam, Steam, Super Steam, Bread, and Warm. The combo oven includes all the functions of a regular toaster oven, plus additional steaming functionality to make it ideal to proof bread, reheat leftovers without drying them out, prepare baby food, as well as steam bake crusty artisan bread, fish, vegetables and many other foods.
The large blue-backlit LCD screen is easy to read, and clearly displays the function, digital clock, set temperature, and selected toast shade. Indicators also let you know if top, bottom or both elements are heating, and when to add water to the reservoir. An oven light can be switched on and will stay lit for 2 minutes.
The steaming feature on this versatile oven allows your food to retain more of its moisture content than it would in a conventional oven, so your meats turn out juicy and tender. The steaming feature also acts as an oven cleaning cycle to make cleanup a breeze!
Included with the convection oven is a baking sheet, four-position rack, broiling/steaming rack, drip tray, crumb tray and booklet with 32 recipes. The baking and broiling racks can be adjusted.
Convection ovens cook food in the same was as air fryers do, by circulating hot air with a high-speed fan.
