American Oak hardwood pellets are the perfect natural fuel for your Ooni pizza oven! These premium wood pellets are sustainably sourced from US forests. Wood pellets light easily, burn efficiently and produce very little ash. Cooking with wood pellets imparts a pleasant wood-fired flavor to your food. Pellets measure 1/4" diameter by 1" long.A single bag of pellets provide 8-12 hours of continuous fuel. Ooni's American Oak pellets are food safe and suitable for use in Ooni pizza ovens as well as other pellet grills and grills.
