Gas Burner for Ooni Karu 12 Oven

Quickly and easily convert your Ooni Karu 12G oven to gas power! The Gas Burner for Ooni Karu attaches right onto the back of oven, providing a convenient and easy option to power your oven with gas. Offering the same incredible speed and high heat as using wood or charcoal, the heat control knob means effortlessly cooking at a range of temperatures. Ooni Karu heats up to 850°F within 25 minutes of firing, ready to cook anything from 60-second pizzas to steak and vegetables. Note: This gas burner is intended for the Ooni Karu 12 and Ooni Karu 12G ovens only.

The gas burner for Ooni Karu 12 comes with a 28 mbar regulator including a gas hose. The burner is compatible with both large propane tanks, and camping propane tanks, with a suitable adapter. The burner is not compatible with natural gas.

The gas burner can only be used with the oven door off and the chimney attached.
