The Nesco 6-quart roaster oven is a versatile appliance for making all kinds of delicious and healthful meals—from roasting a chicken, or slow cooking a batch of ribs, steaming vegetables or baking cheesy macaroni and cheese—this slow cooker will do it all!

Its unique Circle Of Heat® construction allows your meals to cook from the side, not the bottom, of the roaster for moister cooking results. Adjustable temperature control can be set anywhere from 200˚-450˚F and the automatic temperature control assures consistent, energy-efficient cooking.

The six quart capacity is large enough to serve a family of six, yet small enough to easily transport. This is Nesco’s most popular size in portable ovens and it will handle a 3-4 lb. roast.

Enjoy the contemporary style of the stainless steel housing and the easy cleanup of the nonstick, removable cookwell. With an attractive appliance like this one you can cook and serve your meal all in one dish. The heavy gauge high-profile aluminum lid is designed to control heat and moisture efficiently. Two vent-holes in the lid provide air circulation.

The roaster includes a chrome plated steel rack with handles for safe, easy insertion and removal of hot foods. Also included is an informative Use/Care and Recipe Guide.

Cookwell and rack are dishwasher safe. Hand wash the lid and wipe outside of roaster oven off with a damp cloth.

The Norpro Stainless Steel Baster is the secret to making tender turkeys, roast, and more!

Prior to baking or grilling, attach the needle piece to the end of the baster and inject flavorful juices into your roasts and cuts of meat.

To baste, squeeze the bulb head, place tip of baster into the succulent juices in the pan, melted butter, a marinade or homemade sauce, release bulb head to draw up the sauce and pour out over your meat. Repeat every half hour, or if grilling repeat every 15 minutes.
