Manage from Anywhere
The Proofer Pro connects to the free Smart Life app on iOS and Android allowing you to track your dough environment from your phone. Easily monitor and adjust your settings remotely, giving you flexibility without sacrificing control. With the app you can turn the Proofer Pro on and off, adjust the temperature, set and monitor timers, and switch between °F and °C. The Proofer Pro has been tested and approved for unattended operation and may run continuously.
Humidity Control & Fully Programmable
Eliminate guesswork by using the integrated humidity management feature. The included water tray maintains optimal moisture levels, protecting your dough’s surface and ensuring proper development throughout the process. Fully programmable time and temperature controls allow you to dial in the exact environment your dough needs. Once set, the system maintains precise conditions, delivering consistent, repeatable results every time. While there's no humidity dial, you have full control by simply adjusting how much water you add to the tray. Add more water for a more humid environment, or leave the tray empty for a drier environment. The typical humidity when the water tray is in use is around 80%.
Room for Everything You Want to Make
Designed with capacity in mind, the spacious interior measures 18.25" wide by 13.5" deep by 10" high and accommodates up to four 13" x 18" half sheet pans or six batard bannetons. Capacity will vary with different banneton sizes and shapes. It also fits large proofing bins and multiple bread pans. Two oven-safe half sheet pans are included so you’re ready to start baking right away. Additional solid and perforated half sheet pans are available separately, below.
Two Brod & Taylor 6L proofing boxes fit perfectly in the proofer, making it ideal for bulk fermentation. The proofing boxes measure 12.8" long x 10.5" wide x 4" deep, and have a capacity of 6 liters, making them ideal for up to 3kg of dough each.
