The Brod & Taylor dough proofing box is the perfect container for mixing, proofing, and folding any type of bread or pizza dough. The box is made of food-safe, BPA-free polypropylene for durability. Its naturally nonstick property prevents dough from sticking and makes cleanup easy. Ensure a perfect rise by using the tight-fitting lid which helps maintain consistent humidity and temperature. Volume markings on the side make it easy to track dough height.

The proofing boxes measure 12.8" long x 10.5" wide x 4" deep, and have a capacity of 6 liters, making them ideal for up to 3kg of dough each. Two boxes fit perfectly in the Brod & Taylor Folding Proofer and the Brod & Taylor Proofer Pro.

The Brod & Taylor proofing boxes are dishwasher safe, freezer safe, and stackable.
