Versatile, durable, and designed to fit perfectly inside the Brod & Taylor Proofer Pro, this perforated aluminum half sheet pan can be used as a shelf for bannetons, proofing containers, or bread pans. You can also proof buns, pastries, and croissants directly on the pan, then transfer them straight to the oven. The aluminum material cleans easily, while wire-reinforced rims help resist warping.

Small perforations improve airflow and temperature consistency inside the Proofer Pro while proofing, and allow moisture to escape during baking for a crisp, evenly browned crust. This perforated pan is ideal for croissants and pastries.
