Description
LEM Sausage Stuffer, Hand Crank Vertical
The LEM hand-crank stainless steel sausage stuffers set the bar for performance and dependability. The precision machined carbon steel gears are built to eliminate slippage and wear, and to resist rust and bacteria. Base and cylinder are stainless steel. Cylinder easily removes for filling and cleaning. The hard plastic piston with built-in release valve allows air to escape from the top of the unit instead of letting it into the casing.
Both the 5-lb. and 15-lb. capacity stuffers include a protective gear box cover and three stuffing tubes. The plastic stuffing tubes for the 5-lb. stuffer measure 1/2", 3/4" and 1" in inside diameter. The 15-lb. stuffing tubes measure 1/2", 11/16" and 1" inside diameter. To use, clamp the stuffer base to a table or countertop and crank out the sausage.
