Family Grain Mill Processor Head

The Food Processor attachment for the Family Grain Mill comes with three stainless steel drums.

• Slicing Drum - Slices cabbage for cole slaw or kraut. Cuts even slices for dehydrating foods. Slices cucumber, carrots and onions for salads and potatoes for fried chips, scalloped potatoes.
• Coarse Drum - Julienne vegetables for soups, stews, cheese for tacos, salads, toppings, hard fruits such as apples and pears
• Fine Grating Drum - Finely grates hard cheese, soft cheese, nuts, hard vegetables such as carrots, and hard fruit such as apples.

These drums interchange in seconds and cleanup is a breeze. 

This item is the food processing attachment only. Manual and electric drive bases are available separately.

This food processor also fits the WonderMix stand mixer, and with available adapters will fit the Bosch Universal, Bosch Compact, Bosch Styline, KitchenAid, Ankarsum/Electrolux and Viking.
