Wholesome brand organic powdered sugar is certified non-GMO and Fair Trade.

Use powdered sugar (also called confectioners’ or icing sugar) instead of cane/granulated sugar when you need your sugar to dissolve quickly, or when a smooth non-gritty texture is desired, or you're looking for a tender melt-in-your-mouth result. Powdered sugar is mainly used in frostings, glazes, for dusting, and in certain soft baked goods.

Tapioca starch is used to help prevent the powdered sugar from clumping.
