Wholesome brand organic blackstrap, unsulphured molasses is made from certified non-GMO natural ingredients and is certified Fair Trade.

Molasses is the thick syrup left after sugarcane (or sometimes sugar beet) juice is boiled and sugar crystals are removed. Wholesome makes their organic blackstrap molasses using evaporated pure organic cane sugar.

Blackstrap molasses is the least sweet grade of molasses and has an intense, bitter flavor.

This molasses is naturally gluten-free and vegan.
