Wholesome brand organic coconut palm sugar is made from certified non-GMO natural ingredients and is certified Fair Trade. Coconut palm sugar is naturally gluten-free and vegan. Substitute one cup of coconut sugar for one cup of refined cane sugar.

Coconut sugar undergoes minimal refining compared with white cane sugar, so it keeps more of its natural composition and has a mild caramel-like flavor.
