Wholesome Organic Powdered, Case of 6, 16 oz (1 lb)

Wholesome brand organic powdered sugar is certified non-GMO and Fair Trade.

Use powdered sugar (also called confectioners’ or icing sugar) instead of cane/granulated sugar when you need your sugar to dissolve quickly, or when a smooth non-gritty texture is desired, or you're looking for a tender melt-in-your-mouth result. Powdered sugar is mainly used in frostings, glazes, for dusting, and in certain soft baked goods.

Tapioca starch is used to help prevent the powdered sugar from clumping.

My compliments... Your polite manner, courteous behavior, and professionalism are greatly appreciated. Your company sets the standard for Internet shopping. I will recommend Pleasant Hill Grain highly to all of my friends.

I'm impressed with the quality of the grinder you sold me. The friendly saleswoman who helped me was so informed and intelligent that she made my decision making process easy. You have good people, and sell great products.

I love your company and products. Anytime I need kitchen items I check your site first. I always refer people to you when asked where to get things. Whenever I have had a reason to call the people I talk with are friendly and knowledgeable.

Let me express appreciation for the way in which you do business. The young lady who took my order was courteous, pleasant and has excellent product knowledge. She loves her job and loves people, a rare combination in our world today.

Jerry Christopher, TX

You provide the small town warmth and genuine, neighborly services of the local country store many of us knew in the 1950'-60's. My wife and I will refer everyone we know to Pleasant Hill Grain. We know they'll have a rewarding experience.

Dennis Ronan, OR

I’m in the PNW after crossing from the other coast. When I found what I needed at Pleasant Hill, a sense of location and reference point was regained! Here I found both quality products and excellent people. PHG is a refuge, a gem, in these times!

Chana A., OR

When I first opened the Pleasant Hill web site, I knew I’d stumbled on a winner. No fluff or gimmicks, but a company with your best interest at heart. A very rare find. These folks aren't just selling a product. They have done the research for you.

Ramona H., NE

Your company values and integrity come through strongly in the connections I have had with your staff, as well as the policies of your company. What a huge difference from many organizations out there. Such a great company to work with.
