Rice Select Pearl Couscous, 24.5 oz

Rice Select Pearl Couscous is made of semolina wheat and is simple to prepare. Add it to boiling water and it's done in 10 minutes! It's a great addition to your table and pairs well with meat and in soup or salad. Rice Select couscous is non-GMO and free of preservatives and additives. It's packaged in a reusable, BPA-free container. Pearl Couscous is also known as Israeli couscous.

Use & Care

1 1/2 cups water 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil (optional) 1 cup pearl couscous Bring water to a boil. Add salt and butter or olive oil, if desired. Stir in pearl couscous. Cover with a lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yields approximately 2 cups.
