Rainy Day Foods elbow-shaped dried pasta is made from durum wheat or semolina flour. Great for macaroni and cheese, casseroles, or other pasta dishes. With no egg added it stores longer than an egg noodle. A staple ingredient for any long-term food storage program.

This product is available in a Super Pail (20 lbs net), which is airtight sealed and oxygen-free for long term storage.

Processed in a plant that handles dairy, milk, wheat, egg, soy, and tree nut products.
