Induction Heating
Induction cookers provide faster cooking times than conventional rice cookers. The induction-heating cookers feature a digital display, pre-programmed and custom cycles, lock-tight lid, heavy duty construction, and a platinum infused nonstick interior. Micom
Micom rice cookers are computerized to make them more sensitive and “smart.” Fuzzy logic technology allows the rice cooker to sense the progress of the rice and tell if it needs to be cooked longer or if the temperature needs to be changed and then it can make adjustments accordingly. It ensures that your rice is cooked perfectly every time.
Zojirushi’s NS-WAC10WD Micom Rice Cooker has up to a 5 cup capacity, ideal for families. This rice cooker not only has settings for different kinds of rice, but also for sushi and porridge. The delay timer allows you to preprogram the rice cooker to start cooking while you are at work or running errands. It fits perfectly into a busy life.
The Zojirushi NS-TSC Micom Rice Cooker comes in 5 or 10 cup capacities. Its attractive stainless steel exterior is easy to clean and adds a modern flair to the classic design. It has preprogrammed settings for different types of rice, porridge, cake, sushi, and more! It doubles as a steamer and has delayed start settings as well. This rice cooker does it all.
Commercial
The Zojirushi NYC-36 Commercial Rice Cooker and the Zojirushi Commercial Rice Warmer are perfect for restaurants, food stands, and other commercial applications. The NYC-36 rice cooker has a large 40 cup capacity for cooked rice (20 cups raw rice), and the warmer heats up to 34 cups of cooked rice. Both the commercial rice cooker and rice warmer feature heavy-duty nonstick interiors, come with simple operating instructions, and they keep rice warm for hours after cooking.
Rice Cooker Capacity
The capacity of each rice cooker is stated by how many 6-ounce cups of raw short grain white rice it will hold. Rice will double or triple in volume as it cooks.

Bread Makers
The Zojirushi BB-CEC20BA Black Bread Maker will knead and bake 1.5 or 2 pound horizontal bread loaves and has pre-programmed and custom settings for making a variety of food. The BB-CEC20BA has a domed lid that provides easy loading and unloading for all your favorite breads. We also carry the Replacement Pan for X20 and the Replacement Paddle for X20, Single for the BBCC-X20, BB-CEC20, and the BBCC-V20 bread makers.

Instant Hot Water Dispensers
Dispense hot water smoothly with the Zojirushi CW-PZC22/30 Dispensing Pot that uses a manual air pump plunger to easily release water. A transparent water level gauge allows you to see exactly how much water is in the pot to prevent dry boiling. Temperature is maintained at 208°F and can be re-boiled to 212°F.
The attractive, stainless brown Zojirushi CD-WCC30/40 Dispensing Pot comes in 3.2 or 4.2 quart capacities. Preprogrammed settings let you set your temperature from 160° to 208°F. This dispensing pot features a dechlorinate mode, re-boil mode, quick-temp mode, descaling mode, and auto shut-off for boil-dry protection.
Available in 4.2 or 5.3 quart capacities, the Zojirushi VE Hybrid Dispensing Pot includes a detachable 40” cord, swivel base, and an auto shut-off safety feature. Descaling, dechlorinate, and re-boil modes make this hot water dispenser perfect for any home or office. Use Citric Acid Cleaner to easily remove lime scale buildup in your hot water dispenser.
Coffee Makers
Brew your own coffee with the Zojirushi Zutto Coffee Maker. The glass carafe holds five 6-ounce cups, making it perfect for home use. This coffee maker uses replaceable charcoal filters that last up to two years with regular use.
The Fresh Brew Plus Coffee Maker has an insulated, stainless steel carafe that holds ten 6-ounce cups. Coffee is brewed at 200°F, and the insulated carafe will keep coffee warm for over 24 hours. This coffee maker will alert you when cleaning is recommended, and all parts are removable for quick and easy cleaning.
Indoor Cooking
The Zojirushi Gourmet d’Expert® Electric Skillet includes two cooking plates; a deep pan for soup-type foods like as sukiyaki and fondue, and a flat plate for grilling. Temperature range is from 140° to 480°F so you can easily make all your favorite meals using this skillet.
Enjoy grilling meats and vegetables in your kitchen with the Zojirushi Indoor Grill. The nonstick grilling surface temperature range is from 176° to 410°F, and the removable drip pan is dishwasher safe.
Mugs
The Zojirushi Stainless Steel, Insulated Mug, SlickSteel is available in 12 or 16 ounce capacities and features a locking lid and SlickSteel interior that repels stains and resists corrosion. This mug keeps drinks hot or cold for six hours and has a wide mouth to accommodate standard size ice cubes.
