The pint jar is 3 3/8" L x 3 3/8" W x 4 7/8" H (with lid) and the quart jar is 4" L x 4" W x 6 1/8" H (with lid).

The NutriMill sourdough starter warmer pairs perfectly with the Nutrimill Sourdough Starter Jar. Instead of leaving your starter at the mercy of the inconsistent temperature of your home, this warmer provides stable, even heat. The temperature can be set between 90–100°F.

You have the option of putting the warmer below your starter for gentle heating from the bottom, or thanks to the flexible silicone material, you can wrap the warmer mat around the side of your jar with the included velcro straps for faster fermentation. NutriMill's design is compact and countertop-friendly and easy to store when not in use.

The warmer is ready to use out of the box, no extra gadget or apps needed. A charging cord and block are included.

I am LOVING this sourdough jar! I keep my starter in the fridge so it is so nice to have this waiting on the counter for when I'm ready to start baking. I ordered the larger jar but now I can see that I could easily use both sizes! If you are in doubt, get the bigger one!

I have tried many jars, but this one is my favorite. Glass with straight sides and a beautiful bamboo lid that fits well. The band is a nice addition that most jars don't have.
