The Norpro silicone pastry mat is printed with measurement lines up to 15" diameter. The nostick silicone material keeps dough from sticking to the mat without the use of flour or oil. The flexible mat can also be used as a nonstick baking liner. Silicone won't retain odors and promotes even baking. Measures 19.5" x 15.5". Heat resistant up to 450° F. Dishwasher safe.
