The OXO Good Grips 1-quart fat separator strains unwanted solids and fat from stocks and broths. Simply pour in the broth and once the fat rises to the surface, pour the liquid out and the fat will remain in the measuring cup. The separator includes measurement markings and a non-slip silicone handle.
