Meadows is the premier U.S. stone-burr grain mill for making genuine stone-ground flour. Their design and construction reflects over eighty years of refinement and proven reliability. Meadows stone burr grist mills are available in a wide range of sizes and capacities. Models are identified by the diameter of the grinding stones, in inches. The table below lists the available sizes and approximate capacity under normal grinding conditions with dry grains such as wheat, or corn. Meadows mills arrive assembled except to mount hopper, ready to wire into electric service and put to use. Operation is extremely simple, and flour output is of the highest quality. Nutrient content is fully preserved by the natural cool milling action of the large stone burrs. North Carolina Balfour granite stones have high quartz content for superior abrasive qualities and extremely long life—most users get lifetime service from the original stones. Eccentric sifters are available to sift and separate flour if desired.

Pricing for the 20" Natural stone burr mill includes the mill, motor, starter, belt drive configuration, welded steel frame with legs and casters, amp meter, milling thermometer, round discharge outlet with brute cover and clamp, one 40 gallon brute collecting container with dolly (no lid) and one tube of food grade grease. An additional $150 crate fee applies to the 20" Natural stone burr mill and a $100 crate fee if ordering the accessory material handling fan (air conveyor.)

Air Conveyor Accessory

An accessory material handling fan (air conveyor) is available to move ground product to a holding bin. Most 20" and 30" mills are purchased with a material handling fan. An eccentric sifter is also available, to sift and separate flour if desired.
