Air Conveyor for Meadows 30" Standard Mill

The air conveyor improves mill output production and can be set up to move product to the Eccentric sifter. The air conveyor consists of a transition from a side discharge on the 30" mill, where product is pulled into a material handling fan turning at 3,600 rpm. Once the product is pulled in and through the material handling fan, the fan will then move the product through a 4" pipe up and away from the mill to a stand mounted material #2 size collecting cyclone with a side mounted fiter dust bags. The dimensional footprint of the 30" mill when adding the air conveyor setup is: 103"W x 149"D x 143"H. The total weight of the 30" mill and air conveyor setup is: 3,250 pounds - 25HP Mill, 3,400 pounds - 30HP Mill and 3,450 pounds - 40HP Mill. The material handling fan transition is painted to match the mill. The 4" pipe and material collecting cyclone are made of steel and have a shiny appearance. The air conveyor option must be added with the 30" mill at the time of purchase.
