This is a great little device for hanging your pasta before cooking or while drying. It eliminates the need for flouring trays, using wax or parchment paper, and laying the pasta out. The wand works great for catching the cut pasta as it comes out of the machine and allows you to easily and quickly drape the cut pasta on the drying arms without touching any of the pasta already hanging. I love the design.
Great customer service from Pleasant Hill as usual!
This pasta rack has a unique design, and it is very solid. I have used other pasta racks and none come close to this one, it holds so much pasta and shows no sign of flexing.
I opted for this pasta drying rack because I figured I'd like it better than the cheaper wood rack. I'm glad I did! The rack comes fully assembled; all one needs to do is unfold it. Bonus: it folds up nicely & practically flat, making it easy to store. It holds a LOT of pasta. Because it's not wood, I figured it would work well as a drying rack for plastic zip-lock bags. The Hubs declared it was worth the price for that use alone.
I love this pasta rack. It's compact with lots of space. I usually make a double batch of pasta with 2 cups flour and four eggs. I had enough room for all of my fettuccine, which was rolled quite thin to #6. More pasta could fit on it if it wasn’t so thin.
I have used this pasta drying rack for many years. I have not had a single issue with it. It does exactly as advertised. I have never been unhappy with any Pleasant Hill purchase!
Straight forward, easy to use. Easy to clean. Large capacity. I would recommend to anyone who likes to make pasta.
