Norpro Ravioli Maker with Press

Make your own delicious ravioli at home using the Norpro Ravioli Maker with Press. Press up to twelve raviolis at a time! Each ravioli will measure 1.5 inches unfilled, or 1 inch filled. Includes instructions and recipe.

To use, lay a sheet of dough over the metal frame. Create cups in the dough by pushing the plastic press into the dough. Remove the press and fill each cup with ravioli filling. Brush water or egg wash over top of dough before laying a second sheet of dough over the filling. To seal, roll a rolling pin firmly over the dough. Pushing the dough into the raised pattern on the metal frame should cut your dough. Remove ravioli from the frame by tapping the frame on the counter. Trim ravioli squares using a ravioli wheel or knife.
