I’m working through these recipes and so far have not been disappointed.
I really was not sure what to expect, but I am pleased with the purchase. This is spiral bound, which I appreciate. This covers everything from prep, yields, etc, to the recipes which include mains, breakfast, salads, soups and even desserts. If you eat a lot of beans and/or rice or if you have stored them up this is a great little recipe book to have.
