NutriMill Silicone Dough Mat

This thick silicone dough/pastry mat from NutriMill is the perfect sidekick when working with pie crusts, sourdough, cookie dough, pizza dough or cinnamon rolls. Silicone is naturally nonslip so your mat stays in place, allowing you to prep your dough without the stress of chasing it around the counter.

Dough sticks less to the silicone mat than it does to counters, so less flour is required while you work with the dough, resulting in better dough!

NutriMill included helpful measurement lines, rolling circles and a conversion chart on the mat to help with recipe precision.

It's safe to use cookie cutters and bench scrapers on the mat, but knives should be avoided to protect the mat. The mat is easy to hand wash and is also dishwasher safe. The mat can be rolled for easy storage.
