Turn this high-quality half sheet pan into a large proofing container! The snap-on lids keep your dough from drying out. The interior dimensions are 16.25" x 11.25" x 1". With the lid on the height is 2.25". We also offer a slightly larger and deeper version of this pan here.

These pans are my favorite and I love that they have lids. I can decorate my cookies and cover them while they dry in the pan. I was somewhat disappointed that one of the lids does not close tight but still love these pans. Shipping was quick even though it was a holiday and I love PHG's customer service.

We owned eight Nordic half-sheet pans for our small home bakery, and just bought more! When our rolls are rising, we can stack them to take less space on the counter and to keep them from drying out. The shiny aluminum, unlike what you might think, is less likely to burn your baked goods. The covers can take some heat, but be careful not to melt them. These pans last a long time and take a beating!
