Ankarsrum Pasta Roller/Fettuccine Cutter Set
Take a step up in your kitchen with the Ankarsrum Pasta Roller/Fettuccine Cutter Bundle. This bundle saves you nearly $40 over purchasing the pasta roller and fettuccine cutter separately. Start making your own homemade pasta today!
With the Ankarsrum mixer and attached pasta roller you can make your own lasagna, ravioli or tortellini. The roller accepts a dough strip 5-1/2" wide, and rolls a 5-1/2" wide noodle in successive passes. Output thickness is adjustable with six settings of the end-mounted knob, from 1.6 mm down through 0.15 mm thick (paper-thin).
To achieve the desired thickness, start with a pass at the widest gap setting, then turn the knob to thinner settings for successive passes. It's the same approach used with a rolling pin—but faster, easier, and with perfect thickness control.
The included Fettuccine cutter accepts pasta strips 5-3/4" wide, and cuts it into 1/4" wide noodles. The depth is fixed. We also offer Ankarsrum's accessory Lasagnette cutterand the Spaghetti cutter, each available separately.
In addition to the fun of making fresh homemade noodles, they're incomparably tastier—and more nutritious—than those made months ago in a commercial noodle factory!

Haven't used yet, but looks like another quality Ankarsrum accessory. Heavier than I would have thought. Looking forward to home milled, homemade pasta!
Produces the finest pasta...effortless success, no problems.
Pasta rolling and cutting is a time intensive process. Looking forward to streamlining and simplifying the work.
This was a perfect addition to my Ankarsrum. Great quality. It makes it enjoyable to make pasta. Received this for our 56 th anniversary. What a suprise.
I tried this set out for the first time yesterday and I live it. I got the lasagna roller and fettuccine cutter set and the spaghetti cutter. Pricey, but the quality is apparent right away. I grew up with my mom always making our pasta. She had a manual one and you better believe that us girls got one for Christmas way before we even married. It was considered a very necessary kitchen appliance that she wanted to be sure we had to properly start out in marriage. I still have mine, but the squealing noise while using it after all these years….made it not as much of a pleasure anymore. I knew as soon as I bought the Ankarsrum mixer that one day I wanted the pasta attachments. So here’s how it went. I was used to getting the dough as hard as possible to use the manual one, so I had a bit of trouble rolling out my dough. It dried out on me in the process, maybe because it was also made of freshly milled wheat. Once I rewet it, kneaded it, etc. it worked out. The fettuccine cutter worked great, cutting edges nice! It is definitely faster using the Ank to make pasta than my manual machine. Would highly recommend, even with the initial adjustment period. Now I look forward to making pasta again.
Great addition to a phenomenal mixer! Compared to the Bosch Universal, it is a better design (no additional “leg” required for support). The Swedes know what they’re doing!
