Ankarsrum Food & Meat Grinder Combos

Grind meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables and a variety of other foods with the Ankarsrum Food & Meat Grinder. This is a very high quality, robust grinder that can process a lot of food quickly. The accessory 6mm disk is good for sausage making and the accessory 2.5mm disk is for mincing. For best results, grind meat when it is chilled to just above freezing temperature; this makes a big difference in both grinding ease and the consistency of the finished product.

*Three sausage stuffers come standard with the Ankarsrum food and meat grinder combos. The tip diameters measure 10, 20 and 25mm.

Note: Ankarsrum stand mixer is not included.
