Ankarsrum Deluxe Accessory Set
Included in the Deluxe Accessory Set are the Meat Grinder Complete Package which includes the Food & Meat Grinder, three Sausage Stuffer Tubes, Food Strainer, Grater, Cookie Press, Meat Grinding Disks, Blender and Citrus Juicer.
Grind meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables and a variety of other foods with the food & meat grinder. This is a very high quality, robust grinder that can process a lot of food quickly. The accessory 6mm disk is good for sausage making and the accessory 2.5mm disk is for mincing. For best results, grind meat when it is chilled to just above freezing temperature; this makes a big difference in both grinding ease and the consistency of the finished product.
The strainer attaches to the meat grinder accessory to strain a variety of fruits, berries & vegetables. The holes in the strainer are 1.4mm.
The blender attachment for the Ankarsrum mixer has a virtually unbreakable pitcher with a five cup
capacity. It locks securely into place and lets you make an endless variety of sauces, smoothies, protein
drinks, soups, chopped nuts, nut butters, baby foods and more! A tamper is included.
The citrus juicer attachment for the Ankarsrum mixer makes fresh citrus juices quickly and easily.
Make four different shapes of fancy shortbread cookies with the
cookie press. The cookie press fits onto the Ankarsrum meat grinder attachment.
The grater & nut grinder fits onto the meat grinder attachment and quickly grates nuts, potatoes & hard cheeses. Holes in the grater are 2mm. Food chunks are fed through the meat grinder and pass into the drum, then grated from the inside out. Drum diameter is 2".
The tip diameters of the three included sausage stuffer tubes measure 10, 20 and 25mm, while the included meat grinder disks have 2.5mm, 4.5mm, 6mm and 8mm holes.

It is so much fun to be able to use all of these attachments instead of having a separate device for these things. They all are fabulous and of excellent quality.
So far I have tried the juicer and the blender, and both work wonderfully. The other pieces are well made and attach flawlessly, but I have not thoroughly tested them yet. Looking forward to trying some more new things!
My order was delivered on-time and the accessories are a great addition to my mixer. My wife is super happy with the blender and uses it every day for smoothies and the like. She claims it is a huge improvement versus our aged Waring blender. I still need to try out the rest of the package.
I have a 40 year old one - love it. I hope my kids love those new ones I gifted to them. Will review again.
I ordered this set while it was on sale for just over $400 and it's such a great value compared to ordering items separately. It truly makes the Ank an all in 1 kitchen tool having so many accessories to use with it. So far we've only used the blender attachment but it worked so much better than our old kitchen aid. Chopped ice into smoothies with ease. Very pleased.

Very pleased with the Ankarsrum Deluxe Accessory Set. A great deal for all the parts. Well worth the price and the backordered wait. I highly recommend and would definitely buy other Ankarsrum accessories.
I have used it for making bread and it's awesome. Dumping ingredients in the wide open bowl is easy and the batch of bread that overworked my kitchen aid doesn't even make this mixer work.
This deluxe accessory kit has so much stuff and like with everything Ankarsrum it comes with detailed, easy to follow instructions. The quality is superb and everything works perfectly. Would highly recommend.
What more do you need to prep? Everything is in one box, neat and orderly.
