Nesco FD-79 Dehydrator
The FD-79 American Harvest/Nesco dehydrator comes with 4 trays, each .8 sq. foot, expandable to 12 trays for nearly 11 square feet of food drying area. The FD-79's combination of a large, quiet fan and 600 watt heater lets you dry food gently in hours instead of days. The digital timer can be set up to 24 hours. Temperature is adjustable between 90° and 160° F. Air pressure adjusts automatically to number of trays used. Measures 13.5" dia. x 10.25" high (with five trays.)
Top-Mounted Fan & Heater: Ideal for drying wetter foods, the top-mounted design prevents liquids from ever dripping into the motor or heater. Makes cleanup easy!
Patented Converga-Flow™ Design: The American Harvest FD-79 dehydrator's double outside wall design provides fresh air equally to every tray, eliminating tray rotation and flavor-sharing. Opaque Vita-Save Exterior blocks light, preserving all the nutrients in your foods.
Food contact parts of the American Harvest/Nesco dehydrator are dishwasher safe.

These trays fit American Harvest/Nesco dehydrators which have model numbers FD-60, FD-61, FD-75A. FD-75PR, and FD-79, and other American Harvest/Nesco dehydrators that have an outside diameter of 13.5 inches.

Also called "Clean-A-Screen" these fit Snackmaster dehydrators which have model numbers FD-20, FD-27, FD-30, FD-35, FD-40, FD-50 or FD-60 and outside diameter of 13.5 inches. Mesh sheets are flexible poly material. Using them on top of the regular trays makes cleanup quicker and easier. Also, the mesh sheets have very small holes which makes them useful for drying berries or food that's been cut in small pieces. Mesh sheets are not included with tray sets. Sold in sets of two.
Outside diameter is 12.5 inches and the diameter of the inside hole is 3 inches.

These fruit leather trays are compatible with Snackmaskter dehydrators with a diameter of 13.4 inches, including the following models: FD-20, FD-27, FD-30, FD-35, FD-40, FD-50 or FD-60. They are made of solid poly material and have upturned edges so you can pour liquidy material on them without dripping. These are not included with tray sets. Sold in sets of two.
