Flexible screens make sticky foods easier to remove. Screen flexes for easy removal of sticky fruits like pineapple. Use these screens with the "rough" side up. For super-sticky foods, cool in refrigerator to ease removal.

The screens are also perfect for drying small items like spices and herbs that would normally fall through holes in the tray.

Outside diameter is 13.75 inches and the diameter of the inside hole is 3 inches. Fits all Nesco/American Harvest and Open Country dehydrators with trays that have an outside diameter of 15.25 inches.

Dishwasher safe (top rack) and BPA-free. Indefinitely reusable.
