American Harvest/Nesco's most powerful dehydrator! Comes with 4 trays, each 1 sq. foot, expandable to 30 trays for huge 30 square feet of food drying area! Combination of large, quiet, 4.5-inch fan, 2400 rpm motor and 1000 watt heater lets you dry food gently in hours instead of days. Temperature is adjustable between 95° and 160° F., and this dehydrator air pressure adjusts automatically to number of trays used.

Patented Dehydrator Airflow: The American Harvest dehydrator's double outside wall design provides fresh air equally to every tray, eliminating tray rotation and flavor-sharing. Its opaque Vita-Save Exterior blocks light to preserve all the goodness in your food.

Included with American Harvest Dehydrator: 4 drying trays, plus 1 mesh screen, plus 1 fruit leather/jerky sheet.

Food contact parts of the American Harvest/Nesco dehydrator are dishwasher safe and BPA-free.

The FD-1010 measures 15.25" dia. x 13.5" high (with 4 trays.)

The FD-1010 model is the same as the FD-1018A model, except the 1010 comes with fewer trays, mesh sheets and fruit leather sheets.
