Nesco Snackmaster Clean-A-Screens® are ideal for dehydrating sticky fruits and small foods. Dry small foods like spices and herbs that would normally fall through the spokes of the dehydrator tray. Each removable mesh screen flexes for easy removal of sticky fruits, like pineapple, and is made of high-quality food grade plastic.To use, simply dry food on the rough side of the screen. To remove the food, use the finger notches on each side of the screen and flex toward the center with a curling action until the food becomes loose. If necessary, cool the screen in the refrigerator to aid in the removal of extremely dried-on food. Nesco Snackmaster Clean-A-Screens® fit the Nesco FD-80 and FD-85 (80 series), they are BPA-free and compatible with 13-1/2” square trays. Handwash only.

I use them for small pieces of fruit or veg but honestly I use them all the time because I can take them off the tray and bend to pop my dried food off if they have stuck a little because of the sugars in the food.
