This steel burr plate set comes standard with the ABC Hansen Universal Mill. The plate set consists of one stationary plate and one rotating plate. The rotating plate is balanced, and both plates are reversible. Plates are made of high quality steel alloy.

Outside diameter is 10.5". Thickness is 0.5". Center hole diameter is 6".

We bought the steel plate set to mill general farm products but our main interest was to use it to grind acorns. The steel plates break down the entire acorn which was then separated in a bath. The meat was dried and then turned into flour with your stone wheels.
