ABC Hansen Disc Mill
ABC Hansen’s versatility is unmatched by any other disc mill on the market. This mill can grind salt, wheat, soybeans, herbs, crickets, glass, nuts, and even wood! You name it and this mill can grind, crack, and pulverize it—wet or dry. The mill’s steel burr plates grind at 2,800 RPMs with a fully adjustable grind output texture. The ABC Hansen Disc Mills are built to last and come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty for parts and labor.
Burrs and Mill Heads Attachments
The ABC Hansen Disc Mill comes standard with the ABC Universal Steel Burr Plate Set made of high quality steel alloy. The plate set consists of one stationary plate and one rotating plate. Both plates are reversible for longer use.
The ABC Universal Pin Mill Attachment includes a stationary plate and a rotating plate. Both stainless steel plates have three rows of pins that can be removed and replaced. It will operate at 2,800 or 4,000 RPMs and is perfect for grinding granulated materials such as salt, sugar, and spices into a fine powder consistency.
The ABC Universal Stone Burr Set is made in Denmark from composite stone and is ideal for milling dry grains and similar materials. Use this burr set to grind from very coarse to extremely fine with a cool grind output.
The ABC Universal Hammer Mill Attachment has twelve blades. It operates at 2,800 RPMs and is fed through a stainless steel chute. We carry eight screen sizes to determine the output consistency. This attachment is perfect for pulverizing a wide range of materials.
The ABC Universal Screens for the hammer mill attachment come in stainless steel mesh sizes 30, 20, 18, or 16 and mild steel sizes 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, or 1/2”. The screens themselves are 7.5” x 5” x 12” and are curved to fit the mill.
Use the ABC Universal Seed Hopper in place of the standard hopper that comes with the ABC Hansen mill. The seed hopper can accommodate the smallest of seeds and controls the feed rate into the 1.75” opening by using a precisely adjustable gate.
