How did I get along without the whisk assembly for the Bosch Universal Slicer?

Yes, you can whip cream in the full-size bowl of the Bosch. However, this product makes it so quick and easy to whip cream for two people or just a couple of eggs. I've had it for about a week, and used it four times!

Now I can make small batches! We have an empty nest and a wonderful Bosch original, this lets me eliminate the mixer I kept for small batches. I have only used it once and have not whipped yet but for creaming it is wonderful.

As my needs have changed over the years, I find that I don't need the full capacity of the Universal bowl much of the time. I actually use this accessory whisk for the slicer/shredder more than the twin whisks now! Works perfectly, of course, I've had it now for five years with no problems. Easy to clean, too.
