The Bosch TS5 Slicer Shredder that these disks fit onto has been discontinued by Bosch. The L'Chef LS1 Slicer Shredder that some of these disks come standard with can be seen here. These disks also fit the Bosch Concept mixer slicer shredder, which has been discontinued.
The LS1 Slicer Shredder comes standard with the Coarse/Fine Shredder, Thick/Thin Slicing, and Fine Grater disks.
The French Fry disk is not included standard with the LS1 slicer and can be purchased to expand your slicer shredder's capabilities. This disk cuts your potatoes into 10 x 10 mm sticks, ideal size for classic, crispy french fries.

One of the blades snapped off my old one. So this is bought as replacement.
A nice quality product. I appreciate the fact that it arrived quickly and worked just as I hoped. I seems like it will continue performing at the same standard as my other disks.

Pleasant Hill Grain's Bosch slicing and chopping blades keep their edge and hold up for years. I have owned my Bosch food processor (TS5 model type) for almost 30 years and use it 3-5 times a week. I am only on my 3rd of blades plus I notice that the newest blades are thicker than the ones I purchased 10 years ago.
It's well designed (two-sided), is well built, was shipped promptly, and best of all, it works. Excellent product that you'll have no worries about.
Works flawlessly. I am very impressed with this blade and the other processor products. Food prep is now a breeze!
