Simply pour heavy cream into the butter churner, screw on the churning lid, and turn the handle. In as little as ten minutes you'll have fresh, delicious butter! The stainless steel churning paddles are uniquely designed to create a creamy texture. The screw on lid gives a secure closure for easy handling, and is interchangeable with standard wide mouth Mason jar lids, so you can store your butter directly in the jar.
