Ricotta Cheese Mold

This sturdy Ricotta style basket cheese mold is used for draining any kind of soft cheese or drying Ricotta cheese. The basket is made of food grade polypropylene and measures 4.5" diameter across the top, and 3" tall. The mold holds 1 to 1-1/2 pounds of cheese, depending on the moisture content. This mold does not work well for heavy pressed cheese.
